Spacious, city-view room near restaurants, opera house, and train station. Helpful staff made our 3-day stay perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed something, like wine glasses. The location was great, and the view from the suite was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-presented. The bar on the 22nd floor was a nice addition.

The surrounding area is more business-oriented and lacks options for food and shopping, particularly on weekends.

The city view from the bedroom was fine, making for a nice experience. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions and amenities within walking distance. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us a warm welcome and providing us with useful information.

The WiFi system was quite uncomfortable, requiring frequent sign-ins and additional payment. This was definitely a drawback who expect free and reliable internet access.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in a central location in this city and I had a wonderful experience. The hotel was quite luxurious and provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The location of this place was ideal, as it was very close to the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The room I stayed in was large and comfortable, with a true king-size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Additionally, the view from the room was amazing, as the hotel was situated on a high floor and had a lift that went up the outside of the building. This allowed me to enjoy breathtaking views of the city skyline. The hotel also had a small gym and spa, which added to the overall luxurious experience.

In terms of improvements, the staff could benefit from some re-training regarding customer service. However, despite this minor issue, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone for its luxurious atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and stunning views.
